We would like to draw your attention to the following:

• We cannot commit to preferences regarding the size and/or location of your table. We will always do our best to reserve a pleasant table for your party.

• For groups of more than 7 people, we may reserve multiple tables together for you. We have various tables available for larger groups, for which we ask you to fill in an availability request in the reservation module.

• Please note that you need to pay the reservation amount in full when booking.

• Free cancellation or change of your reservation is possible until December 9 via the link in your reservation confirmation. After this date, it is no longer possible to cancel individuals free of charge.

• You cannot make reservations, changes or cancellations by phone.

• You can only make reservations through the reservation link. Are you with a large group? Then you can submit a request through the reservation link. Your reservation is final once we have confirmed it to you.

• All our reservations are subject to the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH).
