Identification upon check-in:A valid identification is required at check-in for all guests, at the request of our front-office staff.
Age limit:Check-in is only possible for persons 18 years and older.
Deposit at check-in: For walk-in guests without a reservation and for guests who have reserved on the same evening, a deposit of €250 may be requested. The deposit will be returned after the room inspection upon check-out.
Damage & extra cleaning costs:We ask our guests to handle the furnishings in our rooms carefully. In the event of excessive pollution or damage to the carpet or furniture, additional cleaning charges may apply. A surcharge of €250 applies for thorough carpet cleaning or repair work.
Maximum number of guests:Staying with more people than indicated in the booking is not allowed. Visitors are welcome in our restaurant, but not in the fitness area.
Fire safety:The burning of candles or incense in hotel rooms is not allowed.
Damage to property:In the event of willful damage to property, a claim for the costs will follow, and a report will be made to the police.
Smoking ban:There is a strict no-smoking policy throughout the hotel, including all rooms. Violation of this rule will result in a €250.00 fine and immediate removal from the hotel without warning. This includes smoking in the room, out of the window, and the use of all types of smoking products.
Alcohol use:Our staff reserve the right to stop serving alcohol if they deem it necessary.
Ban on narcotics:The use and/or trading of drugs and nitrous oxide is strictly prohibited. Upon discovery, immediate removal will follow without refund.
Code of Conduct:Please do not cause any disturbance by loud music, inappropriate behavior, or noise. Respect for other guests is paramount.
Access to rooms:We respect your privacy, but reserve the right to enter your room if there is a suspicion of rule violation.
For your and our safety, we reserve the right to enter the room after three consecutive days, even if there is a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door. Of course, we will try to coordinate this moment as best as possible.
Liability for possessions:The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of your belongings.
Photography: According to the GDPR, it is not allowed to take photos of other guests or staff without explicit consent. Photos are considered personal data and require permission for publication.
Violence:Verbal or physical violence against staff or guests is unacceptable and will lead to immediate reporting to the police.
Zero Tolerance Policy:In case of violation of our house rules, immediate removal will follow without warning.
Paid amounts will not be refunded, and a paid deposit may be withheld. Offenders may be placed on our blacklist.
